Notarized Translation of an Diplomas, Degrees & Transcripts
Foreign universities, employers and credential-evaluation services (such as WES) require notarized translations of your matriculation certificate, degree certificate and grade transcripts. A transcript is a dense document – which makes seeing the price before you commit especially important.
A short degree certificate usually falls in the first bracket (₪296); a full transcript typically reaches 200–300 words – ₪529–₪761 incl. VAT. Our system counts the actual words and shows the final price instantly, including a smart tip: if you crossed a bracket by just a few words, you'll know before paying.
| Up to 100 words | ₪296 |
| Up to 200 words | ₪529 |
| Up to 300 words | ₪761 |
Prices include VAT and are the notary fee fixed by Israeli regulation – identical by law at every notary in Israel. With us, translation preparation is included, with no separate translator fee.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to translate the whole transcript?
Only what the receiving institution requires. If only certain pages are needed – upload just those, and the price drops accordingly.
The institution requires a certified translator – does this qualify?
A notarial certification of translation is the highest certification standard in Israel and is accepted by most institutions and credential evaluators. Check your specific institution's requirements – and if in doubt, message us on WhatsApp.
Can I order several documents at once?
Each document is ordered separately so that each certification stands on its own – an order takes less than a minute per document.
