Add-ons

The signed digital certification is always included in the price.

When do you need it? When there is a close deadline - a flight, a hearing, a submission window.
When can you skip it? When tomorrow works too: the regular track is ready within one business day at most, at no extra cost. The surcharge covers priority preparation of the translation; the statutory notary fee itself never changes.
When do you need it? When the document goes to an authority abroad - an embassy, university, immigration authority or court. They will almost always require an apostille on the notarial certification.
When not? When the document stays in Israel.
Not sure? Ask the body that requested the document whether an apostille is required - or message us on WhatsApp and we will check together. We handle the stamping at court; the certification comes back ready for submission.
When do you need it? Only when the receiving body explicitly requires an original paper copy with seal and ribbon.
When not? When a file is enough - the digitally signed PDF is emailed to you in any case, at no extra cost, and most authorities accept it.Copy priced by the tariff: ₪77 for the first page and ₪13 per additional page, before VAT; includes original, translation and certificate page. Delivery: ₪69 incl. VAT.

Details and payment

The finished certification is sent by email; updates by SMS too.

FULL TRANSPARENCY

How much does it cost? Fixed by regulation - and shown upfront

The notary fee is fixed by regulation and identical at every notary office in Israel. Here you see the full calculation before you decide.

Prices include 18% VAT and are the statutory notary fee under the Israeli Notaries (Service Fees) Regulations, 2026 tariff: ₪251 for the first 100 words, ₪197 for each additional 100 words up to 1,000, and ₪99 beyond that (before VAT). Translation preparation is included - no separate translator fee. The express track adds a speed surcharge of ₪0.20 per word + VAT. Your document's exact final price is shown before payment.

TRANSPARENT AND BINDING

What's behind the seal

A notarial service is a matter of trust. Here are the facts - no superlatives.

The price is known before, not after

The notary fee is fixed by law - and that is exactly what you pay. Translation preparation is included with no extras: the draft is prepared in the office's system, and the review, certification and signature are the notary's own, under section 15.

A notary's personal responsibility

Every translation is reviewed word by word and certified under section 15 of the Israeli Notaries Law. The signature is the notary's, and so is the responsibility.

A delivery commitment, in writing

The delivery time is shown before payment and fixed in your receipt: every order within one business day, and express orders paid by 2:00 PM on a business day are ready the same day.

Your document stays yours

Encrypted transfer, used only for the translation, and copies retained as required by law. No mailing lists and no surprises.

FAQ

What clients ask before they order

Who is the notary signing my document?
Adv. Liran Zilberman, notary license 222285, of 4 Ariel Sharon St., Givatayim, Israel. Every certification is reviewed and signed by him personally - not by a "team" and not by an anonymous provider. You can verify his registration in the official notary registry of the Israeli Ministry of Justice - search for "זילברמן" (Zilberman) under Givatayim.
What exactly is a "notarized translation"?
A translated document that a notary - a senior attorney licensed for this by the Israeli Ministry of Justice - has reviewed and certified with his signature as a true translation of the original. Authorities in Israel and around the world accept it as evidence, with no further proof required.
Do I need to visit your office?
No. For a certification of translation, Israeli law does not require appearing in person - the document reaches us digitally, and the signed certification returns to you by email, with a printed copy by courier for those who need one. (Other notarial acts, such as powers of attorney and affidavits, do require a meeting.)
Is it accepted abroad - US, UK, Canada, Australia?
Yes. A notarized translation under Israeli law is accepted by embassies, universities, courts and government agencies worldwide. For most documents submitted abroad you will also need an apostille on the notarial certification - tick the apostille add-on in your order and we handle it for you at the court.
How much does it cost?
You pay exactly the statutory notary fee fixed by regulation, based on the word count - ₪296 incl. VAT for up to 100 words, and each additional 100 words per the official brackets. Translation preparation is included, with no separate translator fee - that's the whole story. The express track (ready today) adds a speed surcharge of ₪0.20 per word. Upload a document and see the exact calculation before you decide.
Got a much cheaper quote elsewhere?
Notary fees for certifying the correctness of a translation are fixed by regulation and identical throughout Israel. A far lower quote is almost always a "translator's declaration" - a different kind of certification that many authorities abroad do not accept. Check exactly what you are being offered.
What about an apostille?
A document submitted to an authority abroad almost always needs an apostille stamp on the notarial certification. We take care of it for you at the court for a flat ₪99, state fee and VAT included - tick the add-on in your order, and the certification comes back ready for submission.
How fast is it ready?
Every order is ready within one business day at most - usually much sooner. A weekend order is ready by Sunday evening. On the express track, orders paid by 2:00 PM on a business day are ready the same day. The binding delivery time is shown before payment and appears on your receipt.
I have a question or got stuck - how do I get help?
Fastest: a WhatsApp message to +972-54-960-1263 (messages only, no calls). You can also write to help@meturgam.co.il - we reply quickly, in English - or call the office: +972-3-609-4771.
Which documents do you translate?
Birth, marriage and divorce certificates, police clearance certificates, matriculation certificates, diplomas and transcripts, driving licences, company documents, court judgments, inheritance orders and more - Hebrew to English and English to Hebrew.
